Our Guarantee:
You can shop with confidence because we stand behind our complete line of products. If for any reason you or your gift recipient isn’t totally satisfied with any purchase, return item(s) within 30 days for a full exchange or credit.

Shipping Policies:
Shipping is via FedEx Ground, and will take between 7-10 days. For fastest service please provide a street address as FedEx will not deliver to a Post Office Box.

Return policy:
If within 30 days of receipt you are not satisfied with your purchase from
Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa Boutique, please return prepaid any unused or unopened product(s) along with a copy of your invoice to:

We suggest that you use a shipping method that will allow tracking. The Spa Boutique at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn will not be responsible for lost returned packages.

The Spa Boutique at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not satisfied or in the case of excessive returns.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-772-7764. Please reference your order number.

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange a product, simply return the item to the address above (refer to our Return Policy) and place an order for the product that you want. You will be charged for the shipping costs of your new purchases unless the exchange is due to the fault of Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa.

Damaged Products:
If you received any item that is damaged, please contact us at 800-772-7764 or send an email to
smi.reservations@fairmont.com. Kindly provide all the details including the order number and we will send you a replacement. Once we have received the product, we will credit your account for the shipping costs that you have incurred in returning the product.
